Returns & Exchanges

Given the nature of fine jewellery, we request that you review your selection carefully before purchase. Our return and exchange policy is as follows:

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the piece is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all packaging intact.
• Pieces that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery are not eligible for return.
• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at contact________________ with your order details and reason for return.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned piece.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
