By accessing or using our website, browsing our catalogue, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website immediately.

SS Jewellers (Shirodkar's Jewellery House) is a heritage fine jewellery brand rooted in third-generation craftsmanship from coastal Karnataka, India. We create hand-crafted gold and silver jewellery using traditional techniques, offering pre-made, ready-from-stock pieces through our online catalogue.

3. Products & Catalogue

All jewellery listed on our website is pre-made and available from existing stock. We do not accept bespoke or custom-order commissions through the website at this time.

We make every reasonable effort to accurately represent our products, including descriptions, photographs, and material details. However, the actual appearance of pieces — including colour, lustre, and texture — may vary slightly from digital images due to screen settings and photographic lighting.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw any piece from the catalogue at any time without prior notice.

We comply with BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) hallmarking regulations applicable to gold jewellery sold in India. Hallmark details are provided with each eligible piece.


4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

We accept payment through the methods displayed at checkout. By placing an order, you authorise us to charge the full amount to your chosen payment method.

We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment cannot be verified or where pricing errors have occurred. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and any payment received will be refunded in full.


5. Orders & Confirmation

An order placed through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract between you and us is formed only upon our written confirmation of dispatch.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of stock discrepancies, suspected fraud, or errors in product or pricing information.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for non-delivery resulting from incorrect information provided by you.


6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within India. Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates.

We take care to package each piece securely. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. We recommend you inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately of any damage.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly stated at checkout.


7. Returns & Exchanges

Given the nature of fine jewellery, we request that you review your selection carefully before purchase. Our return and exchange policy is as follows:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the piece is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all packaging intact.
  • Pieces that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery are not eligible for return.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@ssjewellers.in with your order details and reason for return.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned piece.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including but not limited to text, photographs, design assets, the SS Jewellers brand name, and jewellery designs — is the proprietary property of SS Jewellers (Shirodkar's Jewellery House) and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our express prior written consent. Sharing our content for personal, non-commercial purposes (such as social media sharing with proper credit) is permitted.


9. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to:
